  3.     This Bulletin Board is run both as my hobby and as a service to the
  4. programmers and modemers who logon. I have always favoured an "open-door"
  5. policy towards running a bbs. I have allowed full access to new callers and
  6. haven't cared a lot about the file transfer ratio a user has.  It has
  7. become obvious that good users are the ones who participate in a bbs'
  8. functions. This means uploading quality Shareware/PD files as well as
  9. downloading to one's heart's content!  Also, sharing in the message
  10. conferences is considered to be a very honourable thing to do on a bbs.

  12. NO abuse of this system by anyone will be tolerated. Any harassing calls,
  13. illegal logon attempts, are other misconduct may result in criminal charges
  14. being pressed against YOU!
